How Should I wash my tutu?
Our tutus are spot clean only, use water and a gentle soap to clean gently where needed. Then simply rinse, straighten and then let it dry. If the entire tutu needs to be washed, place it in the sink and gently wash it. Rinse the tutu out, straighten and then hang it to dry.
What if I need a custom size tutu?
Since each tutu is made just for you when you order, it can be made fit your needs. Want a longer or shorter tutu? Leave your custom length in the notes to seller box. If you need a bigger or smaller waist band, I will need two measurements of your child: the waist and the hip measurements. Please leave these measurements in the notes to seller box.
What if I want custom colors on my items?
Not a problem! Take a look in the listing photos at the color options available for your item. Leave me a detailed note in the notes to seller box of the colors you would like added or omitted from your item.
Help! I need my items fast, can you help me?
I usually like to get our items into the mail within 1-5 business days. You can select which type of shipping method you would like we offer priority and express shipping options. You may also send me an email, to see if I am available to get it into the mail sooner!
